Shashank Jani is the Founder & Host of Jani’s Podcast, a Gen-Z storytelling platform, featured high-profile guests including BCG leaders, IIT Directors, startup founders, senior military officers, political leaders, and a UN diplomat. His podcast carries the motto “Made by Gen Z, Made for Gen Z, to Inspire Gen Z,” blending storytelling, leadership, and youth-centric conversations.

Alongside podcasting, Shashank is a finance professional and CFA Level II Candidate. He has built diverse industry experience across banking, consulting, and financial management, including leadership positions at TIME Education and HDFC Bank. 

As a researcher, Shashank co-authored a paper with faculties from IIM Kashipur, IIT BHU, EDHEC (France), NEOMA (France), and Rabat Business School. Their work on using no-code AI to solve the $1.3 trillion global inventory distortion problem was published in the International Journal of Production Research (ABDC-Rank A, Impact Factor 9.018).

Shashank also serves as President of Harvard University Conference, (HPAIR) India, leading a 32-member team—including IIM Ahmedabad students—to bid for Harvard’s Asia Conference 2026. Earlier, he was selected among 200 delegates worldwide for the prestigious HPAIR Hong Kong Conference, fully funded through his own crowdfunding initiative.

He is passionate about youth empowerment and has served as a keynote speaker at Akshay Patra Foundation, addressing students on “Building a Personal Brand by Starting a Podcast.”
Beyond academics and leadership, Shashank is an accomplished chess player—1st rank at school level and 2nd rank out of 50 at an interschool tournament—reflecting his strategic mindset and competitive discipline. Committed to social impact, he contributes to the NaarayanMuni Foundation and has positively impacted 500+ lives through medical camps and community support initiatives.
